REImart, LLC SMS Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of REImart, LLC ("REImart") short message service, also referred to as text messaging ("SMS Service").  Your use of the SMS Service constitutes

(a) your express consent to receive communications to your mobile telephone and/or device, and (b) your acceptance to be bound by these Terms of Service.  If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must immediately discontinue your use of the SMS Service by following the termination instructions in Section 4 below.

1. Registration

NOTE THAT WE DO NOT PRESENTLY HAVE SMS SERVICE FOR REImart.  STAY TUNED FOR FUTURE USE.

To register for the SMS Service, text "START" to REImart's short code XXXX.  By registering for the SMS Service, you will receive text alerts from REImart related to promotions, products, special offers and other REImart-related news we think will be of interest to you.  We promise not to send you more than eight text alerts per month. 

2. Rates and Charges

Standard text messaging rates charged by your wireless carrier will apply in most situations.  You agree to pay your wireless carrier any fees that correspond to the SMS Service.   

3. Privacy Policy

In order to provide SMS Service, we will collect and retain your mobile telephone number.  We may use this information to distribute information based on your area code.   

4. Termination

You have the ability to opt-out of the SMS Service at any time.  To do so, simply text "NO TEXT,” “STOP,” “END,” “CANCEL, “UNSUBSCRIBE” or “QUIT.” to REImart's short code XXXXX.    

REImart reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your use of the SMS Service at any time and for any or no reason.
